All of our founding members have accomplished legal backgrounds and have represented individuals and corporations in various matters throughout the United States. Specifically, our founding members have been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate lending transactions representing buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers.

Green Door Funding is paid at closing out of the loan proceeds. Green Door Funding does not request or require any up-front fees. Typical fees paid to Green Door Funding are 1% to 2% of the loan amount, depending upon the size and nature of the loan secured.

Our lenders, however, often require money to commission various third party searches relating to the proposed loan. These costs range from $1,000 to $25,000 depending upon the size and complexity of the loan requested.
